The AGJ Heritage Project was founded by a licensed social studies teacher/adjunct lecturer in 2015, and officially started in 2025. During the decade, we have researched streets names around New York City, organized walking tours, and interviewed the famous and obscure.
We at AGJ, are committed to preserving history in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and sustainable. We believe that every historical site and artifact has a story to tell, and we strive to honor those stories by preserving them for future generations.
